Everything that you inhale, ingest, place on your skin which can be absorbed all can potentially cause damage over time … or not … dependant on your choices. Many ingredients in everyday products used by the population contain chemicals and chemical derivatives that can potentially cause illness, allergies, cancers etc … and most people do not realise. This is why it is so important to make sure you only use 100% natural & safe products. There are so many products claimed to be ‘organic’ ‘natural’ & ‘pure’ but they fail to meet our criteria that deems them as safe.

We have done all of the hard work for you, so that you don’t have to!  We have checked (and keep checking…) the market for the best natural products, relentlessly making sure the inclusive ingredients in each and every product contain nothing harmful. Our team tries and tests every product – making sure they work before they are added to our shelves!

BHT (Butylated hydroxytoluene) / Toulene – made from petrolroleum and coal tar this chemical has been linked in various studies to anemia, low blood cell counts, damage to the liver, kidney’s and a developing fetus, toxicity to the skin and immune system and may cause endocrine disruption and cell mutations.

It has also been shown to have toxic qualities on the skin and cause skin irritation as well as negative effects on the brain, nervous system, and behaviour.

Microbeads – plastic or synthetic

Mineral Oil – Can be a mix of hydrocarbons from petroleum which covers the skin like a piece of plastic. This can pose a possibility of clogging pores and toxic build-up. This chemical can slow cellular development, disrupt hormonal activity and is thought to be a carcinogen.

Myristyl Myristate – Is a skin irritant. May be linked to development and reproduction toxicity, cancer, a contributory chemical to bio-accumulation .

Quarternium-15 – This chemical which is used as a preservative act as a formaldehyde releaser. It has been linked to allergies, cancer, problems with reproduction. Further it is though to have toxic effects on the immune system and problems with the brain, behaviour and the nervous system.
